Windows 10: Ive hard reseted my notebook a few days ago since then my ram usage is blowing up like crazy.

Hey guys,so a few days ago ive tried to update my windows while it was updating something happened and i couldnt boot my pc up. Ive tried fixing it then but nothing helped so i hard reseted it and it seemed to be fixed. But since then my ram usage is blowing up like crazy, on idle i have around 30% ram usage, when im only using opera i have 50% ram usage and when i boot up warframe its going up to around 70%-90%. Before i used to play it on the highest graphic settings and everything went smoothly now im on low/mid settings and im having trouble nearly in anything i do there. Ive tried searchi

Hard disk and ram high usage

I'm using windows 10 with the latest version 1803. I was facing a problem that is 100% usage of disk from a long ago. Recently, I did something as mentioned in various sites to fix 100% usage. But after opening the Laptop, hard disk usage remains 100% for
some while. And when I try to open larger software such as, Premiere pro, After effect etc

But after a few seconds, hard disk usage comes down to 0-10%.

And often, hard disk usage remain 90-100%

RAM

Before two months ago, I would use a version of windows 10 (1709) . When I would open task bar, I would see that ram usage is below 23% with no task. but when I re-setup my pc with the same version of windows 10 and opened the task bar, I saw, ram usage
is 26% with no task.

Why did ram usage get higher ?

Why such is happening !!!!

N:B: My hard disk is 500 GB and 72% empty and ram is 8 GB

 

Unknown Constant RAM Usage

To explore more on RAM usage by processes and see in-depth I advise you to open the Resource monitor, please follow the below steps.

Step 1 :

Open Task Manager

Step 2:

Click on Performance

Step 3:

At the bottom click on Open Resource Monitor

Step 4:

Under Resource Monitor windows click on Memory

Step 5:

Click on Working Set to list the top process utilizing the more RAM and then evaluate RAM usage.

Idle ram usage at around 8GB!

ive seen similair threads, and have tweaked the registry values in similair youtube videos.

just from a normal startup I peak at around 60% used ram out 16 gb installed ( 10ish gb).

most of the ram is being used by system prcesses mostly reading anywhere from.1-.2 % for each process. I am very confused what is causing this and would like to know if anyone else has seen an issue like this?

after registry tweaks dont aolve, is my next step to reinstall windows? Is adding more ram viable instead? Thanks for taking the time everyone

TLDR: machine idles at 8gb ram usage before and after registry tweaks, whats is my next step in diagnosing the cause?
