Windows 10: I've just bought a microsoft 3050 wireless mouse middle click has a horrible delay

I've just bought a microsoft 3050 wireless mouse and keyboard, the middle click has a horrible delay that I cant fix.


There seems to be a lot of complaints on the web about this, but no solutions. Particularly I use Maya and require the middle click to respond immediately. Otherwise this mouse has to be replaced.

Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 3050 Hotkeys

I have a Microsoft wireless keyboard 3050. I have programmed the my favorite buttons (1-5) to open various files or folders. This only works intermittently sometimes switching to 'open items on task bar' function even though my settings in keyboard and mouse
center are set to 'open program, webpage or file'

Any suggestions?

Earlier this year I purchased a Microsoft Wireless 3050 keyboard and mouse combination. The mini USB trancievr stopped woring and I would like a replacement of that part thankyou. Christopher

Run the Hardware and Devices
troubleshooter and check.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
