Windows 10: I've made a huge mistake with the folder WindowsApps and need help desperately!

Okay so this all started when I wanted to 2 put of 1 app I the start menu like at the top my most used apps and then under other stuff like social media and games so i was gonna need 2 of 1 app in the start menu I figured out a way to do that, I had to copy paste the .exe file of an app then pin it then there would be 2 and this went on until I got to Netflix I couldn't the .exe file for it so I googled it and apparently there isn't one I cant remember what I did next but I think I deleted something in the windowsapp folder then the microsoft store stopped working so I restored to a point that was automatically created 2 days ago and it was fixed however I lost a lot of files I didn't have then so I uploaded the windows apps folder to google drive restored back to the original point and downloaded the windowsapps folder from gdrive and moved it into the original windowsapps folder replacing the copies but the microsoft store files say I require permissions when I've changed the owner to me, and I have tried take ownership and multiple other methods from the internet but none have worked also i cant restore back to the point I did 2 days ago its not there anymore cuz that was yesterday and I guess it deleted itself, so what do I do?

edit: I found that i can reset the microsoft store app from settings is this safe and will it fix my problem?

WindowsApps folder huge size

Using Windows 10 1809 version. My WindowsApps in Program Files is huge? How can I delete apps that I do not need or do not use. 5.2GB on 120GB drive is a lot. There is also WindowsApps in Windows folder.

I have attached a screenshot of the WindowsApps folder. What kind of junk there is. I already tried to delete apps using DISM, AppXprovisioned but the files stay in that folder.

 

WindowsApps folder says permissions are corrupted and need to be deleted, is this normal or critical?

According to your description, I suggest you try the following steps:

1. Navigate to the location C:\Program Files.
   
2. Right-click on the WindowsApps folder, and select Properties.
   
3. Turn to Security tab and click on Advanced.
   
4. Click on Change and then type Users in Enter the object name to select area.
   
5. Click on OK, then click Apply > OK. You can also add the TrustedInstaller to the users list and check if it takes effect.
   

However, you might be still not able to access the files. The workaround is to go inside the C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\, and repeat the same way with the Microsoft.WindowsStore* folders.

As I know, the default owner for WindowsApps folder is TrustedInstaller. You can try restoring ownership to TrustedInstaller, refer first reply here for the required steps:
