Windows 10: I've never had microsoft store on my pc, nor can I download it- how can I?

I constantly get the error message 'You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link'In microsoft store management, it says that my device is linked, but it is nowhere on the computer.I cannot download the store through any official link, or through unofficial: no download happens.I've tried using powershell, however 'microsoft.windowsstore' never appears.Essentially, everything that I've tried everything that I can find online, especially on this forum, and nothing is helping.All of this to update minecraft bedrock !!

Sorry for the delayed response. We identified this issue regards downloading Sea of Thieves from Windows Store App and we still working on it to fix the problem. As a workaround, we suggest following the steps below:

• Cancel all existing download on the Store app.
• Start the download of Sea of Thieves once again.
• As soon as the download starts, immediately restart the computer.
  
• After the reboot, do not launch the Store app instead wait for the passive download which you can check in the Action Center. Then it will automatically install by itself and then open the game without any issues.

• Click Settings.
• Click Update & Security.
• Click Troubleshoot.
• Look for Windows Store Apps.
