I heard it stands for Android Debug Bridge. I don't know why this happens, but it was suggested by someone that it occurs when the program dies or terminates during restart/shutdown which would explain why it only happens in those instants, many people have also had this weird issue and I was unable to ascertain where a android app or specifically where adb.exe is. I've searched the entire computer but found no such results, I've even looked up the directory for the default location it may reside in, no luck. But it seems to pop up only after shutdown and restart meaning in theory it is on he

ADB Recognizes My Phone. But Gives Error with 'ADB devices' Command

I'm trying to connect my phone to my pc through adb. I'm able to get my phone recognized when I type 'adb shell' so thats no problem. But when I type 'adb devices' I get an error that says '/system/bin/sh: ADB: inaccessible or not found'. How do I fix this?
