I’ve stopped getting party invites and game invites on game bar. I receive them on my phone Xbox app and Xbox but not game bar. Please help?

Windows 10 Game Bar Not Showing Game/Party Invites?

Hey there,

My game bar worked fine up untill the last update. Since then, I'm not receiving invites for party and game. I do get them via the xbox app on my phone (forced to get it sadly), but not on the xbox PC app. I do receive messages through the game bar, but it's unstable at best. I use a second account to send myself message to check if they go through, and 7/10 it will go through. I have contacted microsoft before and went through the hassle of troubleshooting and deleting game bar and reinstalling and all that stuff. Made it work for 1 day, next day same old problem. I've checked already in the settings of my pc and game bar itself if everything is enabled to receive invites (and I've turned it off and on to be sure) but that didn't help.

It's a SUPER frustrating problem, because I'm missing invites from friends. I rather not hear "reinstall gamebar this and that", I want a good solution that sticks, not just for 1 day! What can I do about this??

I still receive messages and message notifications on my game bar and I receive party invites on my regular Xbox, but I don't receive any notifications on my game bar. I've already reset the app, but it's still not working. Do you have any ideas?

Just began happening to me today; yesterday, everything was perfect.
