Windows 10: I've tried all the referred methods on how to fix Microsoft Store not opening, yet nothing...

I have tried re-installing, resetting, changing language and time for some reason? The troubleshooter says it detected Hanging or crashing apps but that's all. Before the problem was that the store wouldnt allow me to download anything, it would simply freeze, but now it wont even open.

Method 1:
Windows store Apps troubleshooter:

The Modern app troubleshooter can automatically identify and fix some problems with apps and the Store.

Try to run the Windows store Apps troubleshooter, the steps are mentioned below:

1. Type ‘Troubleshooting’ in the search bar and press Enter.

2. Click on ‘View all’ on the left panel of the ‘Troubleshooting’ window.

3. Click on ‘Windows store app’ and follow on the screen instruction.



If the issue still persists, follow method 2.

Method 2:

I suggest you to follow the below given steps and check if issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows key + R key
  to open Run
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and press Enter
  
• 
  Restart the PC and sign in with Microsoft User account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

Tried many methods still cannot get the microsoft store save location changed to D drive.

According to the error code, the issue seems to be with the access/permissions of the files. Here are few things that you can try:

Method 1: Try running the Windows store troubleshooter.

1. Open Windows Settings (windows key + I).
   
2. Then click on Update and Security.
   
3. Then click on Troubleshoot.
   
4. Then click on Windows Store Apps and follow the on screen prompts.
   

Method 2: Reset Windows store.

1. Open Run (Windows Key + R).
   
2. Then type: WSreset
   

Method 3: Try creating a new user account and then
changing the location.

If the issue still persist, please write back with the following information:

1. Which version of Windows is installed on your device?
   
2. Are you aware of any recent changes made on your device?
   
3. What are the troubleshooting steps that you have tried?

Microsoft Store won't open. OneNote reverted back to old icon and I want the new one, not the old ugly OneNote.

It is very unusual that Microsoft Store doesn’t open when clicked on the icon. We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned below and see if that helps:



Method 1: Reset Store



You can try resetting Store and see if that works. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + R, to open Run dialog box.
   
2. Type wsreset and click on OK. A command prompt window will open and reset Store, after this Store will be relaunched automatically.
   

Method 2: Re-register Store



If resetting Store doesn’t help, we can try re-registering Store and check. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on
   Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Now paste the following command and hit Enter:
   Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
   
3. Restart the PC.
   

Method 3: New User account



If resetting and re-registering Store doesn’t work, we would suggest you to try creating a new user account and see if the issue persist. Kindly,
