Windows 10: I've tried everything yet my suddenly low ram hasn't sent back to normal.

About a week ago my memory was invincible, I would have a music app, file explorer, the sims 4, 3 dif chrome Windows and atleast a hundred tabs open all at once with little to no resistance. I noticed it started to slow down so I closed all the things I could. It didn't work. I started to get desperate and fiddled with my virtual memory. It didn't work. I closed absolutely EVERYTHING I closed all minor tabs deleted unnecessary files I actually gained 50 gb of hard drive space from that so I've gained some small wins along the way, turned it off then on again, let it rest off for a few hours,

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

`System` using too much ram

So Windows 10 comes With a feature that sorts out little used files. This is a process that goes on in the background constantly and it eats up my ram. From time to time I can`t open programs and about once a day my laptop freezes and I have to restart
it. I don`t have a good Laptop. It got 8gb of ram, but a lot of it is used in the Integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 Graphics card. I Wonder if it is possible to stop the process. I`ve read that it helps clearing up Space, but I`ve cleared about 200gb of a
1tb harddrive and it hasn`t helped. how do I stop it?

 

Ram Frequency low

Didn't see there was a 2nd page. I loaded up 3200MHz without changing anything else, I just set the frequency and it booted right up. For now This is fine, it's a step in the right direction. Better than what it was.
