Windows 10: I've tried to add my number, but it didn't work

Discus and support I've tried to add my number, but it didn't work in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; So, i've tried everything, i wanna add my phone number into my account, but this happen...All replies will be appreciated...     i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

    Keyboard stopped working on my Packard Bell EasyNote TS11HR laptop

    I had high hopes for the System File Checker tool, one of the few things I had not tried before. Unfortunately it didn´t find any corrupted files.

    The second method you´re suggesting, I´ve already tried before and it didn´t work. But thanks anyway. Maybe a future Windows 10 update will solve the issue.
