Windows 10: I've tried to add my number, but it didn't work

Discus and support I've tried to add my number, but it didn't work in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; So, i've tried everything, i wanna add my phone number into my account, but this happen...All replies will be appreciated...     i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

    Keyboard stopped working on my Packard Bell EasyNote TS11HR laptop

    I had high hopes for the System File Checker tool, one of the few things I had not tried before. Unfortunately it didn´t find any corrupted files.

    The second method you´re suggesting, I´ve already tried before and it didn´t work. But thanks anyway. Maybe a future Windows 10 update will solve the issue.
