Windows 10: I've Turned On Everything That Can be Turned On in the Network Setting It's Even set to...

Hi Microsoft friends. If I ping using the Command Prompt it can see the other PC that's on the local network but for some reason it doesn't show on the Network on the Explorer window.I've turned on everything that can be turned ON in the Network settings for both PCs both are running Windows 11 Pro and the networks are even in Public.Is there a hidden setting I should set so both PCs can be networked it's connected through the Fiber internet's modem which is also a hub for Ethernet and has built-in Wifi as well. The PC in the other room is connected via Ethernet while the other uses Wifi.I

Power setting turns display off as set but then it turns right back on

But you did not look at that tutorial's list of related tutorials for all the other
Add or Remove ... from Power Options - TenForumsTutorials
ones. That's what I suggested. The link to that particular tutorial was just a way in to the set of them.



And you'll find even more of the set by searching the list of tutorials.

• When you say that "no Bluetooth setting on my laptop to turn Bluetooth on", where exactly have you checked for Bluetooth settings?

How to turn off Family safety settings

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you regarding the
family safety settings.

Turn off family settings in Windows 10

• To turn off family settings for a child in your family, sign in at account.microsoft.com/family. Then choose one of these
  options:
  • Remove them from family settings by choosing Remove, then selecting their account, then selecting
    Remove again. They’ll still be able to sign in to their PCs, but this will remove any family limits that you set.
  • Or select them from the main family page, which will bring you to their Recent activity. If
    Activity reporting is turned On, turn it
    Off. Then repeat for the other settings pages (Web browsing, Apps, games & media, Screen time, Purchase & spending), making sure that those switches are turned
    Off.
