IVMS 4200 3.8.0.4 E blocked

Since yesterday I have been unable to link to my Annke DVR using my ivms 4200 3.1.1 version



I uninstalled the version above and downloaded ivms 4200 version 3.8.0.4 E but I cannot install it. It always puts up an error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0 x c0000142)



The menu message cannot be removed from the screen unless I turn off the computer and restart



I ran sfc /scannow which did say there were corrupt files which were successfully repaired.



For security reasons I need the ivms 4200 to work on windows 10

How can I use CSC.EXE (.NET Framework Executable) to compile C# code into executables or libraries? CSC Syntax

Hello. Recently I was trying to find out how do I compile my .CS file (C# File with C# Code) into an EXE or DLL file for my program. I asked some of my friends in case they know, they told me to use csc (.NET Framework Feature). It is located in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\*system dotnet framework version*\csc.exe -- Visual C# Command Line Compiler.

I tried to run CSC.EXE from its own path in CMD, but I got nothing that useful... (I was using no arguments)

Can anyone provide the usage of csc.exe, for operations like compiling a C# file into a library or executable?

Note: There are no system instabilities or anything whatsoever. I need this information, it is related to my program.

I did actually refer to learn.microsoft.com to see CSC.exe syntax, but, didn't get what I need.

The Text Services Framework is a COM framework and an API in the Windows operating systems, that supports advanced text input and text processing. Since the Text Services Framework is not running, I would suggest
you to follow the steps below and check if it works for you.

1. Click on Start, type
   cmd, Right-click on it and select Run as administrator. This will open the
   Command Prompt for you.
   
2. Type the following command and press Enter.
   Command: schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\TextServicesFramework\MsCtfMonitor" /Enable
   
3. Next type the following command and press Enter.
   Command: schtasks /Run /TN "Microsoft\Windows\TextServicesFramework\MsCtfMonitor"
   
4. Once both the commands have been executed successfully, please close the Command Prompt.
   
5. Restart the system and check.
