Windows 10: J. Bro

If I give someone access to edit a word document would that give them access to my personal email account and banking information? Info was sent from HP3000 running windows 11. I dont see how this at all possible or safe and im trying to understand the possibilities of this happening.

Hi J,

This issue is caused due to program compatibility.

You can try to launch the programs using the compatibility mode and check if it helps:

To launch a program using compatibility, refer to the below link:

• Right click the short cut of the program and select properties.
• Now select compatibility tab and select an earlier operating system, with which the program was working fine.
• Now click apply and select ok.
• Now launch the program and check if it helps.
