    In the past couple months, a Teams update caused Teams Call audio has stopped working with my Jabra Elite 85h headset. It was working before.When I join a Teams call, I get a short snippet of audio, but when the headset noise cancelling function kicks in, the audio cuts out. When I leave the call, I get another snippet of audio.

    Here are a few additional things you can try:

    1. Check the audio settings in Teams:

    . In Teams, go to Settings > Devices, and make sure your Jabra headset is selected for both the speaker and microphone.

    . You can also check the audio output settings on your computer to ensure the correct audio device is selected.

    2. Update the firmware on your Jabra headset:

    . Check for any firmware updates available for your Jabra headset, and install them if there are any. This may help to improve the compatibility with Teams.

    3. Disable other audio devices:

    . If you have other audio devices connected to your computer, try disabling them to see if this resolves the issue.

    . Sometimes having multiple audio devices enabled can cause conflicts.

    4. Check your computer's Bluetooth settings:

    . Make sure your Jabra headset is set as the default audio device for both the speaker and microphone in your computer's Bluetooth settings.

    5. Disable Intel Smart Sound Technology

    Thanks Amr,

    Through opening the sound settings, I disabled all external monitors and was able to resolve the problem for Teams calls. However, when next connecting to a different set of external monitors, the problem returned. Again through using the sound control panel for playback visualization I was able to resolve the problem. Today however, I had a new problem develop. I can use my headset to complete Teams calls (verified through test calls), but when connected no other sounds or music come through the headphones. In playback I can see that sound is being played, but could hear nothing.
