Windows 10: Jabra headset connection with laptop

Hi,I have been using Jabra Elite 75t with my laptops for about 2 years. Some time ago the device stopped being recognized as input/output audio device in Windows 11 Settings Menu. However, Bluetooth connection seems fine. I tried to connect the headset to 2 other laptops, one on which is the same as mine. It is fine there - headset is displayed as audio device and audio flow goes in and out as it supposed to be. I also tried to connect another headset to my laptop. It is also fine! I realize that these tests' outcome is a bit contradictory. Somehow the certain combination of headset and laptop

E60 Connectivity problem with Jabra 200BT headset

I had been able to use my Jabra 200BT bluetooth headset a couple of days ago but now it's not working. I have an E60 and can pair with no problem. Then after connecting the main screen shows a BT connection (B) and headphone symbol but then the connection
is lost (just shows B, with no parentheses) and when I turn my headset off it does not disconnect. I have to disconnect manually. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone else use a Jabra 200BT headset with an E60? Any suggestions?

Jabra 75 headset - Bluetooth headphones "Connected music" only, instead of "Connected voice, music"

Microsoft locked the other thread , though it has an extremely technical solution to this issue.

Issue:

• Clicking "add device" under "INPUT" and pairing to the Jabra 75 works and both the microphone and headphones on ears work
  
• However - randomly, typically on powering up the headset - the microphone fails to work or connect
  
• In short: at times it's impossible to use the Jabra headset for meetings. To say it's annoying is an understatement
  

There are only two options for issues with this:

1. Windows 11 Jan 2023 has a bug whereby it only recognizes the "music" / output part of the Bluetooth connect to the Jabra at times
   
2. OR The Jabra 75 headset has a bug whereby it pairs badly with Windows 11 at times
   

Can anyone confirm which of these two bugs it is?

Frankly - I can't get rid of Windows, but I CAN refuse to buy another overly expensive Jabra headset if they're at fault.

 

Jabra Evolve 65 headset speakers only work when connected via USB cable

I have a Jabra Evolve 65 headset with Bluetooth dongle:





One year or so it worked perfectly, then I stopped using it for a long while. Today I tried them again and they had the following problem.

When the headset is connected via USB cable, it appears as 2- Jabra EVOLVE 65 and everything works fine. Clicking the volume buttons on the headset makes the Windows volume bar pop up correctly.

When the headset is connected via Bluetooth, it appears in the audio devices list (Sound settings) as 2- Jabra LINK 360; microphone works fine but headset speakers don't receive any sound from the PC.
The audio messages from Jabra ("PC connected", etc) can be heard, though.
Also, the volume buttons on the headset don't work.

I have updated both headset and dongle via Jabra Direct to the latest firmware, with no avail.

OS is Windows 10.
