    Jan 10 update , mouse & keyboard don't work anymore.


    The update today made my keyboard & mouse not work anymore. All the ports won't recognize the USB. OH wait I don't own a wired keyboard, but I have a wired mouse which also is not being registered. This is a mess

    my mouse don´t works correctly

    I use all the year my mouse and it Works good but today I go to do a thing and when I returned to my computer the mouse don´t Works good.

    the problem is:

    when I use my mouse, for example, I move my mouse up and it goes right and if I move it right it goes down

    I don´t know what to do

    i have tried to uninstall the mouse but it still

    please I need help...

    Hello guy’s and gals, I was able to fix my mouse and keyboard issue, seems that they were not making a full connection, don’t know why that happened, when I first booted up , seems I had to really force the connections for keyboard and mouse USB Iinto the MB USB port,all is working now , thanks for everyone suggestions thanks
