Windows 10: January 10, 2023—KB5022303 OS Build 22621.1105 lost hardwire connection to router

today had the following update download on our computer January 10, 2023—KB5022303 OS Build 22621.1105. We lost our hardwire connection to the router and cannot get internet access that way . How do we reconnect to the router without using wifi we want to continue with the hard wire connection .
