  1. January 2024 update - can't log in Oops, something went wrong

Samsung Book 2 360 Pro. Windows 11. Had a Windows update can't recall exactly which one; small one; updated laptop. Now, fingerprint isn't recognized; neither is PIN. Trying to reset/recover PIN, I get "Oops, something went wrong; it's something on our end" I have tried two different Microsoft accounts, just in case; same error. I can't use the laptop! I can't get in without a Microsoft account. Anyone can shed any light on this? Much appreciated.

    :)
