Windows 10: Japanese EMI works in Administrator session, but doesn't in User session

    Hello,

    I'm using Windows 10 Pro, version 1909, build 18363.1440.


    EMI for Japanese doesn't work in my main user account admin right. It doesn't show the character choice like on the picture below:

    However, it works in the Adminitrator account.

    Windows 10 - Desktop - how to close sessions of regular users with Administrator

    Hi! I need to unsintall some apps we no longer need. One of the other users in our desktop did not close their sessions. Is there a way to closing their sessions with the Administrator or should I just shut down the computer?

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
