Windows 10: Japanese Software has glitched fonts

By some reason, whenever I install a Japanese software it's text is just a glitchy mess. I need that software to have at least readable text and not something like "?????" or "٪-̂" because I need it to play some games. I don't know what to do, maybe installing japanese fonts I guess??Here's an screenshoot of T98-Next, an app that's used to run PC-98 games in Windows. By the way, I'm using Windows 11 Home. It also hapens in the Touhou 16 Display Menu game works fine, screenshot also attached T-98.Touhou 16 Display Menu.

Does Windows Mobile reads/write Japanese fonts?

Does Windows Mobile 6 reads/write Japanese fonts? If not is there any Japanese language support software available?

Since you are facing issue in installing optional Japanese language pack, I suggest you to install the language pack by following the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1:

• 
  Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open Settings menu.
  
• 
  Click on Time and language in settings window.
  
• 
  Click on Region and language from left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Add a language (+ symbol)
  
• 
  Select Japanese language pack.
  
• 
  Now, click on Japanese language pack
  and click on Set a default button under the
  Region and language from left navigation pane.
  

Step 2:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Type Language in the search bar located at the top right corner of Control panel and click on language.
  
• 
  Click on the Japanese language pack
  on the Language window.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack button under
  Japanese language pack.
  
• 
  Enter the administrator password if prompted.
  
• 
  Click on Save button.

I got answer on Japanese community.

When I install Japanese fonts and edit registry value of SegoeUI on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontLink\SystemLink

as below -move Japanese font name to before of Chinese font name- then could see Japanese Font Shape from Japanese Font -Meiryo.



I don't know the method and what number is for.. but this trouble has been solved.
