Windows 10: Java account set a random username automatically

Hello, one week ago me and my friends bought minecraft so we could play together on a realm, everything was going fine we were setting up our microsoft and minecraft accounts, but there was a problem, when i created my account i wanted to launch minecraft java, it told me to set up a username but a random username was already put in and all it was left for me is to press the green button it didn't let me change it the username field was greyed out and right now it say's I could only change my name after 30 days which I understand, that's the rules, but I think I should get some help for ch

Automatic Updates isn't currently running.

 

Settings can't be opened using the built-in administrator account

Unfortunately I have the same issue as Dabz from upgrading win7 to win10.
I've tried opening settings using all the suggested methods and it will not load using my account with Administrator access nor the built-in Administrator profile. I also tried other methods not listed such as using Run. Control panel is just a stepping stone to add users in Settings.
I'm also having explorer.exe issues, which I believe is preventing Settings from loading.
Using cmd (Admin) I successfully created a new user profile [and granted admin access also using cmd (Admin)], however win10 will not allow this account to log on. win10 does not list this new user within control panel but it does in the start menu. win10 will not allow to log in or switch to the new account via the start menu either.
I can access settings in Safe Mode but this will not allow me to create a new account.
Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Java auto update problem


I do not have Java installed in my computer.
I googled this one for you. Hope it helps a little.

Change Automatic Update Settings

1. Find and launch the Java Control Panel
2. Click the Update tab to access the settings.
3. To enable Java Update to automatically check for updates, select the Check for Updates Automatically check box.
   To disable Java Update, deselect the Check for Updates Automatically check box.
