    I've been having this issue with Java Update Scheduler running on his own and ramming my CPU usage to 80%, 10 to 15 minutes everytime after I boot the PC, and everytime I need to manually close it. I've searched it up online and people recommended setting s manual task scheduler for it, I did, it didnt work .

    Some people recommended disabling "check for updates" in the Java configure window but I didnt even have Java installed, I have no idea where this came from and how that process starts and why. So I installed Java, disabled updates and I still get this issue every time I boot the PC, I officially give up since I dont know what to do anymore.

    Please give me some suggestions

    Scheduling operating system upgrades

    We recently installed Exede Satelite Service. The grave yard shift is not metered and I'm hoping someone can recommend an app that will schedule any operating system and java updates to 1:00 AM.

    Windows 10: Java 7 will not uninstall - Java 7 not showing up on Settings - causes any browser to fail Java calls

    Windows 10 and Java

    This indicates Microsoft Edge will not run Java.

    Still, the other browsers (e.g. Chrome) won't run the old Java 7.

    The instructions for All Apps in Windows 10 don't show Java 7 listed - yet the Java took clearly finds it.

    The preference would be to have a process for Microsoft 10 to completely uninstall Java and then a process to re-install the latest version of Java.

    Java Update Scheduler Process

    Open up your Task Manager and then click on the startup tab, if java update scheduler is running it will show up their, and you can disable it from task manager too.

    Never tried checking startup while it was running but I checked it after I closed it and it wasnt there

    Here, I managed to snatch a pic of it in action, I checked startup and it was already set to disabled, yet around 15 minutes after booting the pc it started ramming the cpu again

    Download and run Autoruns for Windows.

    If you can find it in Autoruns you can uncheck it to stop it running or right click and delete the entry to get rid of it completely.

    Or if you already have Ccleaner installed go to Tools>>Startup and delete the java start there.
