Windows 10: 'java-version' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or...

I have windows 10 and a 64-bit system. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of java and have followed every step of the fix article to a 'T' https://windowsreport.com/java-not-recognized-internal-external-command/ and still got the not recognized error. I replaced "jdk1.7.0_7cbin" the path with "jre1.8.0_301BIN" and still got the same error. What am I doing wrong?

Java JRE. Do I need to install JRE 1.7 because I already have Javas installed? If I need to download it? The application will not connect to the computer's array because it is installed on the phone and on the computer it is

Command Prompt wont recognize 'java'

So i tried to type

did I do something wrong?
