Windows 10: Jbl 510bt headphones don't connect or even appear on the list

My jbl 510bt headphones don't connect or show up on the Bluetooth list on any of my devices laptop windows 10, Samsung tablet or Huawei phone even though they are in pairing mode. I tried turning them off and on, I also tried resetting them or manually turning them into pairing mode, but they just won't show up. I am not sure why, they were working just fine the day before and I am sure I didn't throw 'em or do something that could break them.

Um, why can't my JBL Headphones be seen on my Bluetooth list? My headphones are fine; they connect to my phone. UGH. I got these for my 18th birthday.
