My W10 Lenove does not find my JBL E65BTNC. Headset function ok with my Samsung 8+ Phone. So the headset Bluetooth is functioning. What to do?

Um, why can't my JBL Headphones be seen on my Bluetooth list? My headphones are fine; they connect to my phone. UGH. I got these for my 18th birthday.
