Windows 10: JBL Headphones 770 NC

When I connect my JBL Headphone 770NC to my computer Microsoft 11, I am unable to activate ANC during Teams meetings. Can you help? The app does not allow me to open it from my phone when connected to the computer, and the ANC button on the headphones does not activate ANC either.
