Windows 10: JBL headphones stuttering and have choppy audio while using my Windows 10 PC

I have tried to find an answer to this question everywhere on the internet but all the answers given either didn’t work at all or only fixed the problem for a short amount of time.

The issue I am having with my headphones (JBL live 650BTNC if this helps) is that whenever I am listening to music, watching YouTube or using anything on Windows, the audio cuts in and out continuously and sometimes cuts off entirely. I do not have this issue on my iPhone, nor android device. When I first connected the headphones to my computer they worked fine but after the first time I turned them off and then reconnected them the next day, the issues started. The only thing that seems to fix this problem is disconnecting and reconnecting the headphones each time I use them, which is not very convenient.

Would love any helpful information so that I can fix this problem and continue using my headphones normally!

(btw I have already installed drivers for the headphones, checked for updates and made sure that the headphones were connected properly, I also turned off audio enhancements as I head that they can affect the quality of the audio coming out the headphones)

JBL T450BT Bluetooth Headphones Not Working Windows 10

JBL T450BT Bluetooth Headphones Not Working Windows 10 Home Version 1803

All the mentioned method in the above link has been tried but non of them are working.

I will just summaries the problem of window 10 with JBL T450BT Bluetooth headphone

1. Just after pairing the headphone, if any audio is being played in the system, audio will smoothly transfer to headphone and is working normally.
2. Upon pausing/stooping the audio, headphone is showing connected status but on resuming/starting any audio, no audio is coming in the headphone and from system speaker also.
3. On running window troubleshoot for Bluetooth, two results are coming
   • If any audio is paying in the system- it is showing problem fixed and the running audio starts working in the headphone normally
     • again on pausing/stopping the audio, the same problem starts and no audio is coming from headphone on resuming or starting the audio (not even from system speaker also)
   • If no audio is being played in the system or it is in the pause status - It is showing problem fixed but actually on starting or resuming audio, the same problem persist (no audio is coming in the headphone and from system speaker also).
   Window troubleshoot has been tried multiple time but every time result is same (above).
   

For information: the same headphone is working absolutely fine in my Android phone.

Early help for above problem would be highly appreciated.

Bluetooth headphone issues (choppy audio)

I have been having a problem with my headphones and bluetooth for some time with Windows 10. At first I thought it was because of the actual headphones I was using so I purchased a new (expensive!) pair, but it seems the problem is with the computer.

Here's what happens:

The headphones will connect perfectly fine and work great, but as soon as there is no audio being played for maybe 5 minutes, when I go to play some audio then the audio will be choppy. I will have to turn off the headphones and restart them in order to
get clear consistent playback.
