Windows 10: JBL Quantum 610 Wireless no sound and no option to use as output device is there a fix?

JBL Quantum 610 Wireless no sound and no option to use as output device on windows, have tried all the Microsoft troubleshooting but has no worked, had zero problems in Windows 10

Output Device for JBL Headset Keeps Disappearing

3. Update Headset Driver:
   
   • Go to Device Manager (right-click on Start and select "Device Manager").
     
   • Expand "Sound, video and game controllers."
     
   • Find your JBL headset, right-click it, and select "Update driver."
     
   • Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."
     
4. Reinstall Device:
   
   • In Device Manager, right-click on your JBL headset and select "Uninstall device."
     
   • Disconnect the headset, restart your PC, and then reconnect the headset. Windows should attempt to reinstall the device.
     
5. Set Default Device:
   
   • Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and select "Open Sound settings."
     
   • In the Sound settings, under "Output," make sure your JBL headset is selected as the default device when it appears.
     
6. Disable Audio Enhancements:
   
   • In Control Panel > Sound > Playback, right-click on your JBL headset and select "Properties."

Output Device for JBL Headset Keeps Disappearing

Background: I noticed that Nvidia Shadowplay wasn't able to capture my friends voice or any game chat through anything, so I did research and found out that Nvidia Container had to be turned up in the Volume Mixer. When I went to the volume mixer, I noticed my headset wasn't there to pick, the only thing was my monitor's output device.

My JBL Quantum 400 uses a USB for both the microphone and hearing. My microphone is in the input devices labeled as "Headset Microphone - JBL Quantum 400* Chat."

When I go to Control Panel > Sound > Playback, it shows: "(Speakers) - JBL Quantum 400* Game", and

"(Headset Earphone) JBL Quantum 400* Chat." When I select the output device in there, it shows through the (Speaker) playback and actually increases the bar when I listen to something.

Yet, in System > Sound, it shows no audio devices. Sometimes they will both randomly pop up, and then disappear.

 

Windows 11 and JBL Quantum Duo speakers drivers

I have the same problem, purchase my JBL Quantum Duo last January 4, 2022 and i'm also having issues when connecting via USB. 3.5mm and bluetooth are both working fine though.

JBL also gave me the same response when I asked them regarding any compatibility issues with windows 11

device is detected under "Device Manager" but not showing on list of audio devices. Another thing I noticed is when connected via USB, my JBL Quantum Duo takes control of the Nvidia Audio via DisplayPort Cable and route the audio to the JBL QD speakers (Max Volume) instead of my monitor (MSI ARTYMIS 242C W/AUDIO OUT 3.5mm)
