    JBL REFLECTFLOW don't work when i connect them to my laptop


    I just bought some JBL reflectflow headphones which work perfectly if I connect them with my cell phone, but the moment I try to connect them via Bluetooth to my laptop, they start to connect and disconnect and no sound ever comes out of the headphones that are playing in the computer.
    Could it be a problem with the drivers that have these devices configured for Windows? Because with my cell phone a Xiaomi Mi A2 they work correctly.
