    Have a question, if somebody can help me out. I have a JBL Tune 500BT bluetooth speaker which is working absolutely fine with phone. however when i connect it with any VOIP software like Skype. It will give distorted sound.


    do we have a solution or some kind of drivers to be installed to settle this problem.

    Hello. I have JBL Tune 500BT headphones. As they are BT headphones, I would like to use them anywhere in the room, but here I encounter a problem. When I set as the default setting the microphone from headphones and headphones as the sound source, then
    I stop suddenly hearing and I can't do anything. The only way to fix this is to set the speakers as the default device but I don't want to. Also this is not a fault of the headphones because when I use the phone I have no problem with it because I can hear
    everything and I can speak calmly and the voice goes from the headphones. Also, if I set one of the two, i.e. either as a sound source or as a microphone, there is no problem either. It is only when I set it to be the source of the sound and the microphone
    at once. Can anything be done about it? Also in the control panel at the device and sound tab pops up for playback of both the microphone and headphones but on recording only the microphone from the headphones

    My Mic does not work ( headphones )

    I can't use my headphone's mic it always uses the laptop mic and it is trash.

    How to activate the mic in the Bluetooth headphones? ( JBL Tune 500BT ).

    Unable to connect and access JBL Flip 3 device on Windows 10

    I have the same problem.

    I had windows 7 and a new JBL Flip3. It was working. This weekend I upgrade to Windows 10 and the JBL stopped working. I have been working all weekend with Microsoft premium support and we have not fixed it yet. Like others the JBL is "paired" but
    not connected. There is no "button" we can push to connect. So when we right click on the speaker Icon and select "playback devices" the JBL is not listed. As it is not listed, it can't be selected as the default.

    Not only myself but Microsoft Premium support have tried all the steps listed here. We have even done a reset. Updated all the drivers. Still not fixed.

    Can this be escalated please?
