Windows 10: JBL TUNE 520 BT handsfree output stopped working

Hello, I have difficulties using JBL TUNE 520 BT headset on Windows 10. Since about three weeks ago, I could not make phone calls with it anymore. It worked before. In Manage sound devices window, the Headphones devices works fine, listening to the music is fine. Microphone works okay. The device Hands-Free AG Audio seems to be failing. Unfortunately none of the devices selected in the Devices window in Teams does not play any sound during calls. I tried disabling each of the output devices without success. I tried the headset on different Windows 10 computer or an iPhone and it works flawless

JBL Tune 510BT microphone not working on PC

Hello,

I have a JBL Tune 510BT, and it is working fine with my mobile phone.

But I can only use its audio on my PC and I cannot setup as a microphone.

When I open Settings / Sound, I can choose from 2 devices as output:

Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)

Headphones (JBL TUNE510BT Stereo)

But I can only choose 1 device as input:

Microphone Array (Intel Smart Sound Technology (Intel SST))

Please help me with this!

 

JBL GO sounds bad

My Bluetooth JBL GO speaker sounds terribly under Windows 10. With other devices it works well but as a speaker for my laptop it is no good. I found and studied many discussions proposing turning the handsfree service off. However, when I unclick the handsfree
box in the Bluetooth device properties/services folder the JBL disappears from sound devices and cannot be connected. Other speakers are listed twice - as a headset and as a handsfree - but the JBL GO is only present as a handsfree device. Is that OK and is
there a solution?

 

JBL Tune 120 TWS

Everything works, for some reason when my JBL Tune 120 TWS tries too connect too a computer it doesn't work and stays in pair mode and not connected. Can someone help me with this?
