Windows 10: JBL TUNE 520BT disconnects repeatedly on GIGABYTE G5 MF laptop

Hello, I'm facing a significant problem that I haven’t been able to solve for a long time. I have JBL TUNE 520BT headphones, and when I connect them to my laptop GIGABYTE G5 MF, the headphones behave erratically. As soon as I play a video, launch a game, or do anything related to sound, they stop working after one second. Then, they reconnect, and I hear the "connection" notification again. This cycle repeats endlessly: the sound works for one second, then stops, the headphones reconnect, and so on. During this time, neither the laptop nor the headphones produce any sound. I didn't understand what you meant.

The driver I suggested is for the model "G5 KE". Is this your PC model?

On the Gigabyte website, I noticed that there are also the models "G5 ME" and "G5 GE".

 

JBL headphones disconnecting and reconnecting again and again and again, why??

I am currently experiencing a problem with my JBL Tune 525 BT headphones where the audio disconnects before eventually reconnecting. It's like a cycle where;

• I watch a video and everything works perfectly.
  
• The video ends.
  
• I play another video but when it starts, there is no sound,
  
• Then the audio switches to my laptop instead of the headphones,
  
• And finally, I hear "connected" before the sound returns to my headphones after 20 seconds.
  

I have attempted to reset the headphones, however, the issue still persists. Interestingly, the headphones function perfectly with my phone. If anyone has encountered a similar issue and has found a solution, I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions because this is driving me crazy and i'm thinking of buying new headphones.
