Windows 10: JBL Tune 710 Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and microphone not working on Windows 11

Hello, I have a Bluetooth JBL Tune 710 that works fine on my android phone, but keeps disconnecting and the microphone does not work on my PC. I use a USB Bluetooth adapter. The device appears as "connected voice, music", and the microphone appears as a recording device, but does not works. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting randomly.How can I fix this issue? This does not happen on my android phone, so I do not think the problem is the headphone.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Bluetooth microphone on your Windows 11 device.

I would suggest you also try to Check the microphone settings. Please follow the steps below;

a. Right-click the sound icon on the taskbar and select "Open Sound settings."

b. Under "Input," select your Bluetooth headset as the default microphone.

c. Check the volume levels and make sure the microphone is not muted.

JBL bluetooth speaker keeps disconnecting

I have an issue with my Huawei Windows 10 laptop that does not work with my JBL bluetooth speaker. All other bluetooth devices work fine with it.

It will connect fine, then will play sound for about a minute, then go silent, then disconnect completely. I know the speaker works as I use it with my phone all the time with no faults. I have tried changing the power management setting for my bluetooth
adaptor in Device Manager to no avail. I have also tried forgetting the device and reconnecting, and changing it to the default speaker in sound settings.

This is very frustrating as I essentially cannot use my speaker with my laptop. Does anyone have a solution?

 

JBL Tune 500BT Not working with Windows 10

Have a question, if somebody can help me out. I have a JBL Tune 500BT bluetooth speaker which is working absolutely fine with phone. however when i connect it with any VOIP software like Skype. It will give distorted sound.

do we have a solution or some kind of drivers to be installed to settle this problem.
