Windows 10: JBL Tune Flex not connecting to Windows 11 new PC

Hi,My JBL Tune Flex ear buds are not connecting to Windows 11, which is a new PC. Tried updating already existing drivers without success. 2. Update Audio Drivers:
   
   • Ensure that your computer's audio drivers are up to date. You can do this through the Device Manager. Right-click on the Start button, select "Device Manager," find the audio devices, right-click, and choose "Update driver."
     
3. Bluetooth Drivers:
   
   • Update your computer's Bluetooth drivers. Go to the Device Manager, find the Bluetooth section, right-click, and select "Update driver."
     
4. Reconnect the Headset:
   
   • Delete the pairing of your JBL TUNE 520 BT from your computer and then reconnect it. Sometimes, re-establishing the connection can resolve communication issues.
     
5. Windows Troubleshooter:

JBL Tune Beam Headphones Not Showing Up on Bluetooth

Hello,

My JBL Tune Beam headphones are not showing up as an option to be paired with via Bluetooth for Windows 11 laptop. Never had any issues with connecting other headphones. JBL's support says this is a Windows issue as these are able to connect to my phone and other devices. Please help.

 

Bluetooth problem: JBL Tune 770NC failing to pair with Windows 10 PC

Hi there,

I'm having trouble connecting my bluetooth pair of headphones (JBL Tune 770NC) with my Windows 10 Pro PC (22H2, 19045.3693)

Some machine specs -

ASUS PRIME B450-PLUS

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

Steps to reproduce issue:

Put my JBL headphones into pairing mode

Bluetooth icon from lower menu bar > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth (choose kind of device)

Does not detect anything at all.

Things I've tried:

1) The headphones do connect to my phone

2) I've tried the Bluetooth troubleshooter. (just comes up with "check bluetooth radio status" "fixed")

3) I tried downloading the Windows 10 64 bit bluetooth drivers from Intel. In device manager, this shows up as "Intel Wireless Bluetooth", and is currently on version "22.130.0.2". I notice that the version I tried installing was 22.250 so I'm not sure

3) Enabled "Allow bluetooth devices to find this PC", under bluetooth options

4) I've tried "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" which gives me this print out, and suggests that I'm up-to-date:
