    You did not even run it. Highlight C and click OK. You will get a screen full of stuff once the pokemons are done.

    I ran that command, and it now says "Error: The shadow copy provider had an unexpected error while trying to process the specified command".

    OK, press start and type restore point. Then highlight C and click on the configure button. Post the next little window.

    Take a snip of the whole WinDirStat screen and post it. Minimize WinDirStat - we will still need it.

    Here you go. You have appr. 140GB of shadowstorage. Move that slider to the left until is says appr. 10GB. Then click APPLY and OK.
