Windows 10: JETech 0884-EE bluetooth mouse

Hi I have a JETech 0884-EE bluetooth mouse I did have it connected to my laptop but the used it with another latop and now

trying to pair back with my normal laptop it will not allow me to do so and asks for a pin number, I have tried 0000 and 1234 but neither work can anyone help ?

I also use a JETech 0884 Bluetooth mouse on a Dell 7275 Windows 10 laptop which has limited USB ports. I like the fact that the JETech 0884 does not require a USB port for a receiver, but just uses the laptop's standard Bluetooth.

Bluetooth does occasionally have problems when a variety of devices are connected via Bluetooth. I had the same "flashing red light, can't connect" problem with this mouse. I was able to fix it by "restarting from scratch":

• Remove the mouse device from the laptop's Bluetooth control panel.
  
  Settings > Devices > Bluetooth > Click JETech 0884 in list > Click "Remove Device"
  
• Remove and reinsert the mouse's battery (essentially to reboot the mouse)
  
• Turn Bluetooth OFF on the laptop, then turn it ON again.
  
• Press the black button on the bottom of the mouse to restart the Bluetooth pairing process.

After a minute or less to reinstall the mouse driver, the mouse was all happy & connected again.

I also turned off Bluetooth on any other nearby devices (like my smartphone and a Bluetooth stylus this laptop comes with), so that the laptop and mouse could just focus on each other, without distractions or conflicting Bluetooth signals. That seems to
help too.

When it is "Connected", this Bluetooth mouse is quick & responsive, but it will lose connection on occasion, which is annoying. If you have the USB ports to spare, a standard, wired mouse will always be more reliable.

Hello, I have a JETech 0884 Bluetooth mouse. I've had it for a few months so far and haven't had any problems until now. When I try to pair it with my Microsoft Laptop, it asks for a pin number. Its a mouse and doesn't have a pin number. I don't know what
to do and I spent $35 on this mouse.

There are different reasons why your computer is not detecting your Bluetooth mouse. For us to determine what's really causing the issue, we'd like to know the following:

• Have you already checked or replaced the batteries in your mouse? Most of the time flashing red light indicates low battery.
• Have you tried connecting the wireless transceiver to another port on your computer?
• Are you using a USB hub?
• Have you tried connecting your Bluetooth mouse on a different computer?
