Windows 10: jib+ wireless earphones hands free ag audio not showing up

    jib+ wireless earphones hands free ag audio not showing up


    I just bought some wireless earphones at walmart. i saw "free ag audio" come up and it was for the microphone. Then it just disappeared, now my wireless earphones microphone dosen't work. I tried going to control panel to see if i had my microphone muted, but i didnt even have a microphone.

    Hands Free AG Audio is not working

    My Bluetooth headphone set has Hands Free AG audio and stereo audio. My stereo audio working but my AG audio is not. how do I fix it? I can't hear anything when I switch on Hands Free AG Audio

    Cant connect headphones hand free ag audio

    I am not able to connect to my headphones hands free ag audio

    when i go to sounds in control panel the stereo is connected but hands free ag audio is disconnected but if i right click on it and click connect it doesnt connect it doesnt even show any error

    Please solve my problem

    • Have you made any recent changes on the devices?
    No

    • Have you tried other earphones on your Windows?
    No, i just bought it yesterday.

    • Have you tried the earphones on another PC or laptop?
    no, but it works in my smartphone

    • How is the earphones connecting to the machine? Is it via wired connection or through Bluetooth?
    wired.

    • When the earphones are connected, are you still getting audio from the speakers?
    yes, nothing goes through the earphones though.
