Windows 10: Joystick/arrowkey stuck in uwp apps

Arrowkey or joystick is stuck but only in UWP apps. It happens even if I unplug everything or after a while if I restart, uninstalling drivers does not work as they just come back. Is this a virus or some other issue? and how might I fix it? malwarebytes and windows defender find nothing.

1. Which version of Windows are you currently using?
   
2. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
3. What is the make and model of the joystick?
   

You can try few troubleshooting steps and check if that helps. Run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Tap on Windows + I on the keyboard.
   
2. Click on Update and Security.
   
3. Select Troubleshoot option.
   
4. Now click on Hardware and Devices and
   Run the troubleshooter.

Remove all UWP built in apps in Windows 1903

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

The Windows 10 1903 feature update now lets the users to uninstall a few apps using the
Context menu. If you’re on the latest build of Windows 10, it will let you uninstall a few UWP applications using the
Context Menu.





Please find the list of apps that can now be uninstalled using the Context menu below:

• 3D Viewer
• Calculator
• Calendar
• Groove Music
• Mail
• Movies & TV
• Paint 3D
• Snip & Sketch
• Sticky Notes
• Voice Recorder

Cortana is an integral part of Windows and she cannot be entirely turned off. However, if you don’t want Cortana functionality available to you on your taskbar, I would suggest you to follow these steps:
Manage Cortana settings.
