    Hi, seeking your help on how to solve this , it happen after i make jpg files transfer from android to pc. During the transfer, suddenly prompt our message error, once after click okay, phone got no backup. due to using Cut and Paste function. -_-!! yes is sweat.

    Right now all files turn to 75GB each file, unable to open, as it show Error 0x800701B1: A device which does not exist was specified.

    canot even copy and open as well.

    what a day. Hope i have solution from all of IT expert here.

    Cannot transfer files from Android to PC using Bluetooth


    Hello,
    I have my Windows 10 pc (upgrade from 8.1) and Samsung S4 Android 4.4.2 paired and I can transfer files from PC to Android, but I cannot do the reverse.

    I had 2 MAP SMS devices with question mark in the Device Manager, I manually identified them as MTP Device Enumerator, but it did not help!

    This Bluetooth file transfer issue was solvable in previous Windows by ensuring that Btmshellex is running well in the Startup list of the task manager. However, I cannot find Btmshellex, it seems to be missing in Windows 10.

    How can I transfer files from Android device to Windows 10 pc?

    my name is Dennis, I'm an independent advisor and I'll do my best to help today.

    follow these steps

    1. Connect your Android device to your PC using your USB cable.

    2.Your device may ask what kind of connection to open. Select "Transfer Files (MTP)".

    3.Now you can open Windows File Explorer on your computer.

    4.Click your phone from the list on the left.

    5.Browse and select files to transfer.

    6.Right-click > Copy. Or click "Copy To..." in the tool bar.
