    W10 automatic upgrade on 19th August 2018 lost all sent items from outlook folder and word documents .. JUST FOR 2018 ..

    JTI/Suspect.196612 has been found by McAffee deep scan .. but it does not say what it is which is really helpful

    .. can these instances be related?

    .. what is JTI/Suspect

    .. Is there a better virus program out there

    the Autokms.exe has been infected by the JTI/Suspect!131076. And the Mcafee antivirus i installed which is actually a free version for three months, it states that the virus cannot be removed at all.

    my concern is how do i remove this virus from my computer (as this is a very harmful and malicious virus that I read about it online). please guide me how do i get rid of this virus.

    If McAfee detects the malware then why can’t McAfee remove the malware?

    Since this is a McAfee detection it would be best to seek advice from McAfee. Did you try the McAfee Forum?

    You may want to send a copy of the file to Virus Total for analysis:
    https://www.virustotal.com/
    That will tell you which AV programs detect the file as malware and should be able to eliminate the malware.
