    The update cause many of my apps or programs to keep popping up with cannot start error twice unless I install .net framework Xdifferent version for each program. After I click yes and install the latest 4.81 version of .net framework the problem still persist, error pop up often and at random or when I open some applications. Not sure whats causing the error pop up so I did a previous version restore, problem gone. So is there a fix? or wait for next month update?KB5028937KB5028166

    Error 0x80092004 | 2023-02 Cumulative Update for .Net Framework 3.5, 4.8, and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022729)

    The .NET Framework 4.8.1 February cumulative update, KB5022498 will not install. This is an issue only occurs after installing the .NET Framework 4.8 February cumulative update, KB5022502, then upgrading to .NET Framework 4.8.1 then scanning for updates.

    Applying the following steps will allow KB5022498to be installed:

    • Uninstall 4.8 February update (KB5022502 )
    • Run command from elevated Command Promp: dism/online /cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
    • Scan for windows update again, 4.8.1 February update (KB5022498) installs as expected.

    Did you possibly notice where I stated that we have several hundred Win10 PC's in our environment that have this issue? It will take months to clean up this mess. Can I get Bill G. to come and help?

    Or wait with hope and a prayer, that next month's version fixes this issue.
