Windows 10: July 27 2019 Windows 10 Update failed and can not boot windows

Another windows update failure, I see the Temp folder $WINDOWS.~BT was created

Now the computer will not boot,

There are a lot of files in the /store/FolderMovelog file


How do I recover form this mess

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows 10 27 July 2019 update

Hi,

I was automatically updated to a newer version of WINDOWS 10 dated 27 July 2019.

After many updates and restarting my PC I found my soundcard drivers had been deleted. This is unacceptable.

I phoned MS help and after many attempts the decision was to return to the original version of WINDOWS 10.

This worked and my sound is now back working normally.

Why would you attempt to update my PC with a new version that my soundcard is not included.

How do I update my soundcard software to work with the new version of WINDOWS 10.

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.
