Windows 10: Jumbled up icons

My desktop icons are all out of place when I open my computer. It started after I had the last update about a month ago.

Jumble won't advance to next level.

I indicated Windows 10 and "ease of access" which I'm not sure what that means, but they didn't list Games so this was the only way to get a post.

• I am at level 80 in Jumble.
• I have all correct words, bonuses, et.
• I have 3 stars.
• But I'm supposed to go thru a "gate" but every time I click on it, it tells me I have to get at least one star.
• Ran the troubleshooter for Jumble with no results.
• I installed and reinstalled Ultimate Word Games.
• Called Microsoft support but they didn't tell me to do something that I had already done. They did send a link but their article did not solve the issue.

Any geniuses out there with suggestions? Thanks!

 

November Map for Jumble

There are several ways for you to download add-ons, games, and apps on your device. You can download it from the Windows Store or the in-game store. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

• On which device are you trying to download the November Map?
• Are you referring to the Jumble Words game?
• Have you tried to check the in-game store if the November Map is available?

In the meantime, we recommend that you update the game on Windows Store to make sure that it is updated. If you are using a Windows 10 PC, you may refer to the steps provided on this

Desktop Icons Jumbled On Startup

I have a problem that I'm hoping someone will be able to give me a solution to. For the past week or so when I start up my computer, my desktop icons seem to be jumbled on my desktop even if I had them
all in place where I want them last time I was using my computer. This is very frustrating to me. How do I get this to not happen anymore?
