Jump list items not appearing for Access only - split database to blame?

Hello brains.I have set my jump lists for Windows 10 to 30, however since I split two databases so that my colleague could also use them, they no longer appear in my Access jump list. I previously had them pinned. I can pin other files from other programmes that are held on the network as well as locally without an issue. When the front end is open, it doesn't even show up as being open in order for me to pin it. ALL of the other jump lists are fine and operating normally.I have tried clearing the jump lists in settings which another thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/

  2. Recent items not showing in quick access or start list

    Hi there,

I've only just upgraded to windows 10, so still getting to grips. I have the recent items option enabled in both the quick access panel and jump lists, but they're appearing in neither. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Many thanks

The recently-opened items are not appearing in start menu jump lists despite the correct setting (see sceenshot). Any advice? Thanks.

Increase Number of Items in Jump Lists

Thank you for the tip. I cleared those two folders (AutomaticDestinations and CustomDestinations) and restarted, as you suggested. This did clear all of my jump lists, as expected. However, upon opening 15-20 documents, I see that I can still only get 12 items in the Jump Lists (both on the taskbar and Start menu).

I am connected to a domain, but I don't think that's the issue, or it would have overwritten the JumpListItems_Maximum value based on some Group Policy. No, it's just ignoring it. There must be another value somewhere that's overriding it.

    Any other ideas?

Thanks for any suggestions. This is really killing my productivity.
