Discus and support June 9, 2020—KB4560960 OS Builds 18362.900 and 18363.900 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; This update killed my printer.     WWAN gone!

    I have 2 virtually Identical 1909 build running as part of a multi-boot, along with other OSs. Main daily OS updated fine to 18363.900 and still says there's a compatibility hold for some secret reason.

    Second 1909 also update fine to 18363.900, and had all this on the Check for Updates screen. Previously it had not been offered.

    Why anyone would want to follow those instructions and have a feature update take off automatically at the tail-end of a cumulative is beyond me. I let the PT updates finish, cleaned up, backed up, then let it go ahead with 2004. Got up to installing 45% and a beautiful sky-blue BSOD. Did a retry.... Got past Restart and into Working on Updates.
