    Outlook 2016 Junk or Junk Email

    I have tried Googling but so far no solution.
    I just logged into my web client and it also shows 2 x Junk folders.

    From @jimbos45 post, I should have only 'Junk Email' folder.

    In my both Outlook 2016 and my web client, I can delete 'Junk Email' but not 'Junk' folder?

    My account is Imap.

    Can anyone suggest how I can rectify this?

    Junk email folder

    Have windows 8.1 os. Can't get into the junk email folder. When I click on it, it just keeps "going" or stays busy. Nothing shows up. I believe it's because I have way too many emails in it. I can't get into it to delete them. Suggestions?

    webMail name : if you refer to Windows Mail..

    That comes built-in "Wins 8.1" it has the option to uninstall and

    Reinstall it. if may let you, access the - Junk Folder after -

    So let us know, what kind of - Email is that
