    junk mail keeps pooring in! what to do? close to a 100 in one day!


    what a nightmare! Junk mail keeps pooring in my in the box daily! what to do? I can't block 90% of them! "Block" option completely disappear!! keep getting warning messages from "microsoft"but when i check the sender email I find it to be very weired! any security system/app please?thanks

    Eventually I can talk with Microsoft tech support over the phone. The straight answer is that there is no way to block unwanted ad from Junk mail.

    For instance, I want to block all emails from .de (Germany). From Outlook, you can find junkmail option - international - internationally encoding, and then filter all emails coming from Germany. Unfortunately, the name of this function is misleading. It
    only moves all Germany emails in inbox to junk mail. They will not be blocked. You have to check those >100 junk mails each day by eyeball and delete those unwanted. I am wondering how I can handle it when there is >200 junk mails in a day. The junk mail
    filtering function of hotmail is very lame. I wonder how many people would cancel hotmail account when it gets worse and Microsoft is doing nothing.

    Please join me and report this to Microsoft use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback.

    More than 100 junk mails / day

    I have been receiving 50 junk mail (hotmail) for long time. Recently, the number jumped up to an unacceptable level - more than 100 hundred junk mails, all advertisement form @XXXXXXX.de. Since the XXXXX is unique to each junk mail, the hotmail junk mail
    filter does not work.

    1. Why it is happening?

    2. What can I do?

    I have very very few junk mail in my gmail and yahoo accounts. But most of my connections contact me through hotmail.

    Outlook Junk Mail capacity

    Just curious if there is a limit to the number of junk , spam mail that can be stored in the Blocked Mail List, mainly Blocked Mail Domain list? Just blocking junk mail is not as effective as blocking the domain although this can be quite labourious too.
