Dear Sir/Madam, How's things?,I earlier mentioned a bluescreen result from my last email, that was after reading in some websites that Microsoft can check all computers automatically and the bluescreen warning was sent by Microsoft was a reply by them stating my 5th/6th Gen. Intel computer that's an under 8th Gen. Intel computers is not Windows 11 supported yet and updates for Windows 11 will be blocked and can only get Windows 11 after either upgrading the computer or simply buying an over 8th Gen. Intel computer that then satisfies the Windows 11 requirements and the

I suggest you to Remove the Chineselanguage and add it again and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Remove the Chinese language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Chineselanguage.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add ChineseLanguage.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the Chinese language from the given list.

Stuck in Returning to previous build

Thank you for posting in Community.

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

1. What task where you performing when you receive the Black screen?

2. Where you installing any software?

3. Can you access your desktop screen?

If not, then I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you can return back to your desktop screen. To do so follow the steps below:

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.
