  1. just be my account permissions that are an issue.

This is the error I am getting: Sign inSorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.AADSTS50020: User account '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' from identity provider 'http://live.com/' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'd3590ed6-52b3-4102-aeff-aad2292ab01c'Microsoft Office in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 Permissions Issues

Hooray!!!! Thanks so much, you are a superstar. Issue resolved.

I thought the fact that "Administrators" were listed in the permissions meant that all Admins had access, but apparently not. Now I added my specific login account, it works fine.

Thanks so much for your help, these UAC things in Windows are quite confusing, I am not (entirely) stupid!!

  3. Folder won't open due to permission issue

    Hello,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft community. I understand your concern. Let me help you.

I suggest you to sign out from the current account, restart the computer and log in with Administrators account and

check if it helps to resolve the issue.

I suggest you to refer to the steps below and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

    • Press and hold or right-click the file or folder, and then click
      Properties.

    • Tap or click the Security tab.

    • Under Group or user names, tap or click your name to see the permissions that you have.

To open a file, you have to have the Read permission. To change the permissions of a file or folder, follow these steps.

Important you must be logged on as an administrator to change permissions on files and folders.

    • Press and hold or right-click the file or folder, and then tap or click
      Properties.

    • Tap or click the Security tab.

    • Under Group or user names, tap or click your name to see the permissions that you have.

    • Tap or click Edit, tap or click your name, select the check boxes for the permissions that you must have, and then click
      OK.

Hope this helps. If the issue remains unresolved, please get back to us with more information and we’d be happy to help.

just be my account permissions that are an issue.

    Permission issue

Presumably because TrustedInstaller is the owner (hence you need its permission), suggesting that img3.jpg was installed by Windows at some time.

Presumably that also means it can be uninstalled. How did you get it in the first place? Where is it located?

If you really want to delete it yourself, then taking ownership would seem a logical first step.
