    BitLocker recovery Key

    My Asus vivobook is asking for Bitlocker recovery key and I didn’t set that , i checked online that where can i find my bitlcoker key and I followed those steps but there’s not any bitlocker key in my Microsoft account. I have contacted Microsoft many times but still i am not able to find my bitclocker key and i have all my data saved in my laptop it is very important please help .

    1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
    2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
    3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
    4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

    Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

    Please elaborate on the issue, so that we can understand the concern and get back to us to help you further.

    I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
